The Victory Lounge was an idea founded by our Chief Operating Officer, Manisha Angirish, who saw a gap in the market for a business-style environment that blends the ability to socialise and relax, with a place to hold informal meetings and conduct business.

“We wanted to create the luxury of an airport business lounge in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD,’ says Ms Angirish. “Our members need a place that they can unwind and network after hours.”

Keeping the work-life balance

The Victory Lounge is an innovation designed to complement our first offering of flexible office solutions. It provides members with an exclusive environment to network, socialise and unwind outside of the office. Here, professionals can refresh after a productive day in a business-style atmosphere.

Victory Offices’ Chief Executive Officer Dan Baxter speaks on the decision to keep formal and informal environments separate, “I won’t have beer on tap in my offices or at reception because it’s a place where you work… I do love a beer, but I don’t want a beer in my office. I would love to have it somewhere else.”
