While great leaders will always need to possess a set of core skills – self-awareness, mental agility, vision – to be a successful leader post-Covid-19 will require us to understand what new set of skills will need to be adopted in order for us to lead through unprecedented times.

Victory are thrilled to be hosting the highly skilled Ingrid Maynard, The Sales Doctor, who will be discussing:

  • How to support your team through transition back to work, in their hybrid office, or as they continue to work from home
  • Understanding what lies beneath surface behavior: recognizing the difference between sales ability and something more
  • The power of frameworks to provide clarity over why, how and what
  • How to build team capacity over time. Help them to achieve more by becoming more, and what the journey looks like
  • Plus so much more

Breast cancer will continue to impact Australian women and men this year. Despite these challenging times and the unprecedented impact of Covid-19 on us all, 20,000 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020.

Which is why we are going forward with GO PINK this June, and raising much needed funds to change the outcomes for these women and men whose lives have been – and will be – impacted by breast cancer in 2020 and beyond.

Bring along your packed lunch, donate your hourly rate or whatever you can to our registration page, and join National Breast Cancer Foundation and Victory Offices to a lunchtime event that will include:

  • Dr Michelle Peate will be presenting on current NBCF funded research
  • an NBCF community ambassador will share their experiences with breast cancer
  • Best dressed competition. WEAR IT, SHAVE IT or COLOUR IT!

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia. Almost 20,000 women and men will be diagnosed this year. That’s 53 Australians every single day. Since NBCF’s inception in 1994, the five-year survival rate for breast cancer has increased from 76% to 91%. It’s proof that their strategy of investing in world-class research is working. However 8 women still lose their lives from breast cancer each day – mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts and friends.

YOU can make a difference. Let me know if you want to GO PINK with us!
