How often do your customers think of you unprompted? How would you know? How can you achieve this?
If you think about the last restaurant you ate at or show you binged on, it was probably because of a recommendation. In business these recommendations – or referrals – are critical. But how can you go beyond that? How can you be at front of mind with your customers at all times?
How often do your customers think of you unprompted? How would you know? Imagine if you could not only ignite the customers you already know into new action, but have them act on your behalf to bring you new opportunities? All without you asking?
It can be done. And it’s simple.
The Melbourne Business Network is delighted to present our member, Ingrid Maynard, who will take us through an insightful and powerful presentation on just how this can be done.
Ingrid Maynard, Founder and Managing Director of The Sales Doctor is igniting Melbourne’s small business community into action with a guest speaker session that is sure to reconnect you with why you got into business in the first place. High energy, interactive and fun, this session will arm you with some tools to use straight away and ensure you re-engage with the lifeblood of your business – your customers.
Finally, the night wouldn’t be complete without networking. If this is your first event this will be your opportunity to experience what makes the MBN a very unique and Melbourne experience!

Perth Business Network (PBN) will be presenting the Exponential Organisation seminar, featuring Dr Carlo Bellini, who will explore the 4 D’s – disruption, digitisation, democratisation and demonetisation – and will discuss the exponential growth trajectory the world is on.
Join twenty five business leaders for this special lunch and learn session featuring the remarkable Dr Carlo Bellini.
Exponential technological trends are the disruptive catalysts in our world. Most people, however, think linearly and struggle to think exponentially.
With COVID, people experienced exponential growth observing how something initially infecting one person can grow globally in a short time period. But exponential growth has been occurring around us for decades. Life without smartphones, uber, and Facebook is nearly unimaginable yet most of these changes happened in just over one decade.
And the next decade will surprise and shock us even more. Emergent changes in artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, genomics, and energy plus other areas will be explored in this intriguing and insightful 45 minutes.
A gourmet grazing table, drinks and coffee will be provided to guests upon arrival along with plenty of opportunities to network with like-minded professionals.
