How to prepare for a succesful monday

Mondays have become synonymous with the blues. But with these
easy to implement ideas you might find yourself looking forward to the beginning of the week.

1. The best monday morning starts on friday

Instead of walking into the office on a Monday morning already overwhelmed by a fresh onslaught of emails that came in over the weekend as well as the piles of work waiting to be done, take some time out during your Friday to take a look at the week ahead and prioritize your to-do list. 

2. Use your weekend to meal prep

Not only will it save you money, but often times your week is busy and tight schedules mean we’re grabbing something on the run and I’m going to venture a guess that it’s not usually the healthiest option.

3. get up and get active

Need a sure-fire way to beat those Monday blues? Research has proven that exercising first thing in the morning has an incredible effect on your day including: 

  1. Increased energy levels
  2. A clearer mind
  3. A faster metabolism
  4. A constant flow of those fabulous happy making endorphins
