With most of us working from home, adjusting to this new way of life is taking a toll on our minds and bodies.

Anxiety is something that appears in our minds when we allow fear and worry to take over – this can then lead to physical tension within the body.

Through this class, we will attempt to soothe anxiety through a grounding practice that will help you feel strong and confident.

This class is designed to bring you back into the present moment, release tension in your muscles, and leave you feeling a sense of calm and peace.

CLASS AGENDA:

  • A 5-minute introduction
  • A 45-minute yoga session
  • 10-minutes for questions at the end of class

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?:

Anyone from beginners to advanced

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR:

  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Bring a yoga mat or towel
  • Bring a sweat towel
  • Have a bottle or glass of water available
